Sesli sinemanın ilk yıllarında altyazı da dublaj da henüz oturmamıştı. Bazı stüdyolar aynı filmi iki kez çekerek işin içinden çıktı. In the early years of sound, neither subtitles nor dubbing had settled in yet. Some studios got around it by shooting the same film twice. On Dracula, the English-speaking cast worked by day, and at night a Spanish-speaking cast moved onto the same sets. The night crew could watch what had been shot during the day, and tried to stage some scenes better.
En los primeros años del sonoro, ni los subtítulos ni el doblaje estaban todavía asentados. Algunos estudios lo resolvieron rodando la misma película dos veces. En Drácula, el reparto en inglés trabajaba de día y, por la noche, un reparto en español ocupaba los mismos decorados. El equipo nocturno podía ver lo rodado durante el día y trató de montar algunas escenas mejor.
